The Mockingbird Service is owned by REDspace Inc. and its successors and assigns (collectively referred to as "Mockingbird" in this Policy). This Policy describes Mockingbird's practices in connection with information that Mockingbird (or "we" or "us") collect through our dealings with customers and others including through our websites at https://usemockingbird.ai, https://redspace.com and any variations or successors to these websites (collectively "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy, and if you do not agree do not use the Site or the Mockingbird service. We reserve the right to change this Policy without prior notice, and we shall update the Site with new terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Site and the Mockingbird Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised Policy.
Mockingbird takes security very seriously and we shall strive to keep your private information safe and secure. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information. This Policy does not govern personal information about our employees, which is addressed by other Mockingbird policies. What constitutes personal information?

We may also obtain such information from financial institutions for the purpose of processing your payments for our products and services, and for the purpose of assessing your credit as we believe necessary.
Use of Personal Information.
Your personal information may be used by us as permitted or required by law, and for the following purposes:
(a) to provide our products and services to you, specifically to process Your Content and generate dubbed audio and video as requested by you; (b) to process invoices and your payment; (c) for identification and authentication of accounts; (d) to contact you for customer follow up, to seek your input, and to advise you about products and services of Mockingbird and its affiliated companies, but only your basic contact information will be used for this purpose. (e) to improve our AI models, products, and services. This includes using Your Content to train, tune, and enhance the underlying algorithms that power the Service.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share some or all of your personal information as required or permitted by law, and with the following:
(a) to contractors and third-party service providers (sub-processors) that work with us to provide our products and services to you, such as cloud hosting and processing partners. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for Your Content. By uploading it to the Mockingbird Service, you represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to do so, especially if Your Content contains the personal information of other individuals, such as but not limited to, their voice, image or likeness.

We retain Your Content and the dubbed media you create for as long as your account is active or until you choose to delete them. To ensure service stability and for operational purposes, media may be retained for a minimum of 30 days. When you delete Your Content, it is permanently removed from our active systems in accordance with our standard procedures.
Opting Out of Marketing Communications
If you no longer wish to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt out by using the "unsubscribe" link in the message or by contacting us at the address below. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Use of the Site by Children
The Site and Service are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we request that they not provide personal information through the Site. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us as indicated below.
